  • Arrivals - March 28th

We will welcome you at Marrakesh Menara International Airport (RAK), where we will provide a taxi transfer to our first accommodation - a kasbah in Tahanaout, at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. Our base for the first three nights of the event.

At the hotel, the team mechanic will help you prepare your bike for the event. In the evening, we will meet for a briefing before we sit down to our first traditional Moroccan dinner.

  • Ourika Valley - 110km / 2100m

We start our tour with a loop stage, featuring a brand-new climb that takes us to the Kik Plateau. With its panoramic views of the Atlas, it serves as an official gateway to the mountains.

Next comes our first high mountain challenge, climbing up to 1,800 m. From the summit, a long descent takes us into the Ourika Valley—a lush river valley dotted with small, colorful villages—offering your first taste of the vibrant Atlas scenery.

  • Imlil - 85km / 2400m

Probably the most remote and challenging ride of the tour, today begins with a gentle climb to Tadmamt, surrounded by balates—centuries-old terrace farming structures.

We then follow quiet roads lying below the towering Oukaïmeden as we climb toward Tizi n’Tacheddirt, gradually making our way beneath the peaks of Toubkal, which rise to 4,167 m—the highest point in the Atlas Mountains. To finish, a technical descent brings us down to Imlil, a village renowned for its climbing center.

  • Tizi n´Test - 135km / 2450m

Today we start the first leg of our journey. Leaving behind our base in Tahanaout, we head into the stunning Ourigane Valley before climbing to the summit of the Tizi n’Test Pass at 2,100 m. Here, we cross the majestic Atlas Mountains for the first time. The day ends with a 26 km descent, offering breathtaking views as the sun sets over the Souss Plains—the Sahara side of the Atlas.

  • Road to Sahara- 205km / 2500m

A spectacular ride across the lunar landscape of Souss Massa, following one of the western routes to the Sahara Desert.

We start today’s ride on the southern side of the Atlas Mountains, where you’ll feel the warm southern breeze for the first time. From here, we head towards Talouine, Africa’s trade centre for saffron—the world’s most expensive spice—before continuing on to the city of Ouarzazate, known as the gateway to the Sahara Desert.

  • Aït Ben Haddou - 45km / 400m

The rest day is reserved for a slow start at Oasis Tiguert. Take your time over breakfast, surrounded by the warm colours and quiet beauty in the heart of the dessert.

After a short ride to stretch the legs, we arrive in the stunning red-earth city of Aït Ben Haddou, part of the UNESCO World Heritage since 1987. We’ll have time to discover its magic, a place whose timeless architecture has made it a sought-after film location, featured in productions such as Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, and Game of Thrones.

  • Tizi n´Tichka - 170km / 3000m

The queen stage is reserved for the iconic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, climbing to over 2,200 m above sea level.

We leave Aït Ben Haddou and begin a truly breathtaking ride across the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs. The biggest day of the event is also the one that will stay with you the longest—passing Berber villages hidden among orange rock valleys and green oases, all while climbing the most iconic pass in the Atlas Mountains.

A never-ending descent into the Zat Valley follows, before taking on one last hidden climb of the day. We then settle in to rest at a kasbah overlooking the village of Touama.

  • Marrakech - 120km / 1500m

Our final ride to Marrakech still holds a few surprises. One last challenging climb, hidden on a road we discovered on our previous tour, winds through red-colored rocks and rises above the Zat Valley, offering breathtaking final views of the High Atlas giants.

Then, a series of twisting descents leads us straight into Marrakech—the grand finale of our journey. We’ll toast to our adventure with a final dinner in the heart of the city, surrounded by the vibrant energy of its famous souks.

  • Departures - April 5th

It’s time to say our final goodbyes as the journey comes to an end. Take time to unwind and enjoy your last morning under the Moroccan sun.
